I have found all of the clues on Ms. Emma and I feel like I have also found all of the clues in this room. The man has nothing else to say to me other than that he is innocent. The door that has a weak lock is still locked so I’m not sure what I am meant to do here. Is there a way to pick the lock or something?

You will need to make sure you read all of the notes that you have found. I forget where I found the note but when I got stuck here I read over the notes that I had in my inventory and one of them told me that I need to go to reception to get the key to the room next door. Once you get that, you will be able to go on and finish the rest of the quest.
