I’m having a tough time trying to recover my nephew’s Pokémon Trainer Club account. I’ve got the email and username correct—it’s definitely the right info because when I request them, I’m receiving recovery codes for the username and email. However, when I try to get a recovery code for the password, nothing shows up! I’m not doing anything wrong here, since I have access to two-thirds of the information needed to recover the account, but it just won’t let me log in! Anyone else faced this issue?

I think that’s unlikely because I still have access to the email. When I click ‘forgot username’ or ‘forgot email’, I get the recovery codes right away. It’s just the password recovery that’s not working. I seriously think something’s messed up on their end.
