I’m really eager to buy an RTX 5090, but I can’t seem to find one priced reasonably. I’ve been checking Amazon several times a day, yet nothing pops up. What are my options if I can’t snag a good deal on this GPU?

If you’re dead set on getting a 50 series GPU, be prepared to either shell out over $5000 from resellers or consider looking at other options. If you want performance for gaming, maybe check out the 5070 Ti or even the 9070 XT instead—might be more reasonable and still a significant upgrade from your current 2080 Super.
Honestly, you might want to reconsider the 5090 entirely. It’s not the best bang for your buck. If value is important to you, I’d suggest looking into alternatives like the 5080 or 5070 Ti. If you’re set on having the best, just be ready to spend big because the 5090 is priced high for a reason—it’s more of a luxury item, especially for AI tasks.
Same situation here! I was really holding out for a 5090 but couldn’t find one. Instead, I ended up grabbing a 5070 Ti, and with the leftover cash, I invested in a 32″ OLED monitor. The color and contrast make such a difference! You might want to consider similar upgrades if you’re finding the 5090 hard to get.
