Should I wait for the 5070 Ti or just grab a 4070 Ti?

I’m interested in upgrading my GPU, but the 4070 Ti Super is all sold out! I’m considering whether waiting for the 5070 Ti is a smart move or if I should look at alternatives in the meantime. Any thoughts on whether the 5070 Ti will be worth it once it’s available?

I don’t see the 5070 Ti being a game-changer. You might be better off with a 7900 XT if you’re into games with Raytracing, since those AMD cards pack more Raytracing cores anyway!

Honestly, no one really knows how the 5070 Ti will perform since it hasn’t even been released yet. I’d suggest holding off until we get some actual benchmarks.

If you need a GPU now, you might have better luck with the 4070s since the 5070 isn’t available yet. But if you’re interested in new features like Frame Generation, waiting for the 5070 Ti could be worth it too!
