I’m considering trading my RTX 4060 Ti (8GB) for an RX 9060 XT (16GB) since I play games at 1440p. Newegg will give me $300 for my 4060 Ti, and upgrading would cost me an additional $100. Given my current specs, which include an i7 12700F, 32GB of DDR4 4400 RAM, and a 650W 80+ Gold PSU, do you think this upgrade is worth it?

While $400 seems a bit steep for the 9060 XT, considering you’re only out-of-pocket $100 after the trade, I’d say go for it. You’ll appreciate the extra performance and memory!
Check out some reviews first! The upgrade isn’t huge, but that extra memory will definitely help in the future. If the cost isn’t a big deal, it might be worth considering it for your setup.
Yeah, for that price, it’s a pretty good deal compared to some other options on the market.
I’d say go for it! The extra VRAM in the 9060 XT will help keep your setup future-proof. Even if it’s not a massive upgrade, $100 for better performance at 1440p sounds like a solid deal to me!
Totally agree! The 16GB of RAM is gonna serve you well in the long run.
Definitely worth it! 16GB VRAM will be much better for the next batch of games, and trading up now could save you headaches later.
Right? The performance for that price is solid compared to what you’d get with a 4070.
