I’ve recently shifted my gaming from PC to PlayStation, where I’ve been using a controller. Now that I’m planning to return to PC gaming, I’ve thought about sticking with the controller. Is there any strong argument for going back to keyboard and mouse instead?

If I’m playing a single-player or non-competitive game, I always go for a controller. For anything requiring precise controls or designed for keyboard use, I switch to that. Controller support has improved so much lately, it’s pretty much plug-and-play now!
I think a lot of it comes down to the design of the game. Certain titles feel much better with keyboard and mouse, while others are more enjoyable with a controller. That’s what makes PC gaming great – you have the flexibility to choose!
For me, it varies by the game. For racing or melee-heavy games, I’ll always use a controller. But for strategy or first-person shooters, keyboard and mouse are a must!
It really depends on your comfort level! A lot of players use a mix of both. Personally, I prefer a controller for 3rd person action games, while keyboard and mouse is my go-to for most other genres. It’s all about what feels best for you!
Absolutely! The best part about PC gaming is having options. You can switch between control schemes as the game demands.
Totally agree! I play FPS and strategy games with keyboard and mouse, but stick to a controller for anything designed for it.
I use both too! Like in Ghost Recon, I’ll switch to mouse and keyboard for shooting, but favor the controller for driving.
