Hey everyone! I currently have a laptop with an i7-6820HQ, 32 GB of DDR4 RAM, a 512 NVME SSD, and a Quadro P3000 GPU. I’m wondering if I should sell it for 250 bucks and switch to a gaming PC, console, or maybe a handheld. What do you all think?

I’d suggest holding onto that laptop until you find a game that you really want to play and need better performance for it. You might want to consider factors like your budget, what platform your friends are on, and any console exclusives that might sway your decision. For example, most Xbox and PS exclusives are also available on PC these days, but Nintendo still has some great stuff that you might miss out on if you stick solely to the PC.
