Should I keep my base Warframes after getting their Prime versions?

Hey everyone, I’m back to playing and I’m really enjoying it! But I’m running out of space for my Prime Warframes and I’m short on Platinum. Now that I’ve got the Prime versions, I’m wondering if there’s any reason to hold onto the base Warframes. Should I keep them around or just get rid of them?

If you haven’t used them to feed the Helminth yet, then I don’t see a reason to keep them. They’re pretty much just extra space.

You might want to keep the base Umbra frame just because of its unique polarities, but honestly, most base frames are better off fed to the Helminth when you get the chance.

Honestly, once you’ve got the Prime, there isn’t much need for the base frames. But make sure to level them up to max at least once for that sweet Mastery XP! After that, you can feed them to the Helminth to unlock their abilities.
