I’m trying to decide if I should give Mayrina to the hag in exchange for her hair or just intimidate the hag to let Mayrina go and grab the hair myself. What’s the best approach here? Will I miss out on anything if I choose one option over the other?

I was all in for Connor, but if you intimidate Ethel, she’ll give you the hair without giving up Mayrina, and you can pursue the side quests later. Just curious if there’s any real reward for giving her up instead.
If you give Mayrina to the hag, you might lose her for a side quest later in Act 3, but you can still complete the quest without her. So it’s more about flavor than locking you out of content. Just keep that in mind as you make your choice.
Giving Mayrina to the hag might seem risky, but if you do meet up with her again in Act 3 and side with her, she can become an ally in the final battle. So it could be strategically beneficial!
Are you doing this on your first run? I think it does impact how Act 3 unfolds depending on what you choose, so that might weigh into your decision.
