As a PC gamer looking to get into PlayStation gaming, I’m seeking advice on whether I should purchase a PS4 or go for the latest PS5 model. My main interest lies in playing games like Bloodborne and God of War: Ragnarok. I’ve heard both titles are available on PS4, but I’m curious if there’s a significant benefit to investing in the PS5 instead since I’m totally new to PlayStation. Any recommendations?

Honestly, I think you should go for the PS5. Most PS4 games work on it, and the performance is noticeably better. Plus, the PS5’s controllers feel way nicer to use. The PS4 can get pretty noisy when playing, which can be annoying. It’s worth the extra cash for a much better overall experience!
The PS5 is definitely the way to go if you’re looking for better performance; all the PS4 games will run on it, but you can’t go back to play PS3 games. Just a heads up! If you’re really eager to play Bloodborne, then you might need the PS4 specifically for that one, but keep in mind that GoW: Ragnarok is on PC now, so you might not need both consoles!
Honestly, it’s pretty weird to have both a PC and a console, but if you’re into console gaming too, then why not? If you already have a good gaming rig, maybe upgrading your PC would be more worth it than getting another console. Just a thought!
