Hey everyone! I found two spiders around my Xbox Series X before heading to work today. One was crawling on a pair of jeans I had on the floor, and the other was a dead spider under the console. I haven’t seen any spiders in my home for months, so it felt a bit alarming. Should I be concerned about them possibly nesting inside my Xbox? Is there a chance there could be spider eggs in there? I really hope it’s nothing serious! What should I do to handle this situation without overreacting?

Haha, it’s like your Xbox is holding a spider convention! But seriously, don’t panic. It’s possible they just wandered in. Check your console for any signs of nesting and keep your area clean. If more keep showing up, consider getting it checked out just in case!
If you can, take your Xbox to a service center and have them check it out. It’s pretty gross and you definitely don’t want any bugs making a home in your console! I wouldn’t suggest using insect spray inside it, since it could damage the components. Better safe than sorry, right?
Totally agree! If you’re unsure about opening it yourself, let the pros handle it. Just be careful!
Thanks for the advice! I’ll definitely ask around if I see more of them.
