I’ve been diving deep into the fantasy RPG genre, which seems to be a staple in gaming, yet I can’t find anything new that catches my interest. I’ve played some of the big titles like The Witcher, Baldur’s Gate, Icewind Dale, Dragon Age, Neverwinter Nights, Divinity, and The Elder Scrolls. I’m mostly looking for single-player or coop experiences. Any fresh recommendations?

Absolutely agree on Kingdoms of Amalur! It’s such a fun game with a rich world to explore.
If you’re looking for something a bit different, I recommend Enderal, Chronicles of Myrtana: Archolos, and Nehrim. They really bring a new twist to the genre! You might enjoy them if you’re up for some adventure.
You should definitely check out Dragon’s Dogma, both the first and the sequel! Also, look into Kingdoms of Amalur; it’s got a unique vibe. Fable is another classic that might be up your alley. If you’re feeling adventurous, give Gothic and Pathfinder a try too. Solasta: Crown of the Magister and the Pillars of Eternity series are also excellent choices!
You might want to explore Avernum, especially the first one, as it’s a solid series. Dark Souls and Elden Ring could also fit your palate if you’re into a challenge. Other cool titles include Arcanum, Tyranny, and Might and Magic (especially X for something newer). For a mix of nostalgia and fun, Dungeon Siege and Dragon Quest XI are great picks. And if you enjoy excellent storytelling, The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky and Planescape: Torment are must-plays!
I’ve played all of those already and loved them!
