I recently bought some Robux, and although Roblox shows I now have 4132 Robux, there’s no record of this purchase on my bank statement. I contacted Roblox in hopes they can work with my bank to sort this out because I don’t want my account affected by this mix-up. Has anyone else experienced this kind of issue? I also made a separate Amazon purchase today, which appeared on my statement without any problem. The Robux purchase was for 1790 Robux, totaling $21.39. I’m just anxious about potentially losing my account over this confusion. Any insights would be appreciated!

You’re not alone in feeling anxious when bank transactions don’t show up as expected. Relax a bit, though. It’s pretty common for purchases to take a little time to show up on the actual bank statement, even if the platform itself shows you the updated balance. If both Roblox and Microsoft are reflecting the purchase, you’re probably in the clear. Keeping tabs on your bank account over the next couple of days should alleviate most lingering worries.
This kind of thing sometimes happens because companies may place a hold on your card. What you’re seeing can be a temporary hold rather than a completed transaction. After a day or two, it could process and show up as a deduction. If it’s a credit card, it should show up soon regardless, but if it’s a bank account, just keep an eye on it in case you go into the negative if the charge goes through eventually.
Sounds about right. If your Microsoft account is saying the payments are approved, it might just take some more time for the bank to update. Banks can sometimes be a little slow with these things.
