I have set up the oxygenator that came from the package drop. I have placed a tether next to it but it doesn’t transfer oxygen to the tether. They are all inactive. What am I doing wrong here?

For the oxygenator to work, you will need to place it on a platform. You should have one as part of the initial package drop so check the other packages for a platform. Setup the platform and then place the oxygenator on top. Once you place tethers nearby the machine will work properly and start passing air through the tether lines. They will light up a neon blue when there is oxygen flowing through them.
