Hey fellow Minecraft players! I’m currently using Fabulously Optimized with Curse Forge and I’m on the lookout for a resource pack that gives me connected glass but isn’t completely borderless like what Vanilla Tweaks offers. It’s been a bit of a struggle to find something that works. Can anyone suggest a good resource pack?

I tried using Continuity but couldn’t get it to show up on my mod list. Has anyone had a similar issue or know what might be wrong?
You should give the Continuity mod a shot. It’s designed for connected textures and might do just what you need!
