I’m really frustrated because I keep getting hacked on my Playstation account. A week ago, I discovered a login that wasn’t mine, and the hacker bought two games for $50. I acted quickly by logging out of all devices, removing my card, requesting a refund, and changing my password. I thought I had it all sorted. However, a day later, I received another login alert. This time, I changed my password again, activated two-step verification, and even called Playstation support for help. They couldn’t track it since I had logged everything out already. I thought things would calm down, but just yesterday, I got yet another login notification! I logged out all devices again and changed my password, even added a biometric passkey. Sadly, the hacker still got in again today. It’s infuriating! I changed my email in hopes that would help. Has anyone else faced this? The hacker seems to be using another PS5 because I see games in my recently played that I’ve never touched, and I’m the only one with my login details. Any advice on what to do next?

Dude, enabling two-step verification is a must! I know you already did, but make sure you have a strong, unique password that’s different from your other accounts. It’s key to keeping those hackers out!
Sounds like the hacker might have access to your email too! I’d definitely start by changing your email password. Also, consider setting up a temporary email that the hacker can’t access, and keep your Playstation linked to that. Just remember to disable the original email for extra security!
Good idea! You could also enable additional security measures like security questions or even a recovery option so that you can regain control more easily if it gets hacked again.
You might want to check if there’s any unauthorized activity on your email! Sometimes, hackers can reset your passwords if they have access to it. Secure your email first, and then focus on your PS account. It’s super annoying that you have to deal with this. Hang in there!
Yeah, I thought I was safe with that, but it seems like they got in anyway. I’m at my wit’s end!
