Need Help Finding My Base After a Bad Nether Spawn

I just entered the Nether and had a really bad spawn point. There were piglins around, and I forgot to bring gold with me. So, I decided to head back, but when I returned, I realized I ended up in a completely different cave instead of my base! Now I’m totally lost and have no idea how to get back. Any advice?

If you went back to the overworld through the same portal, I’m not sure why it would place you in a different location. The best thing you can do is head to the surface. You can turn up your screen brightness to light your way instead of needing torches. Once you’re up top, look for familiar landmarks to help you explore your surroundings. Also, make sure you have your coordinates enabled; if they’re off, you’ll really struggle to find your way back!

I still have my coordinates on, but everything looks like a closed-off ravine now.

I ended up digging up and placing the missing corners around the portal, haha!
