Does anyone know what the cheat codes are for Fortnite on the PS4? Anything to give you weapons and restore health?

No, this is not possible and is generally impossible in any online game. Cheating against AI players is one thing and we could debate whether this is worth doing. Cheating against other people online takes all the fun away from competitive games.
Cheat codes are added to games by the developers, they are not something people figure out. No game dev would ever add cheats to their online games. This doesn’t mean there aren’t glitches and hacks to achieve the same thing, but those are different. To the classic definition, cheat codes are not available much anymore and there are definitely no cheat codes for Fortnite on PS4.
