Your choices are solid, but I think you could do even better! Check out this suggestion:
– **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X for $197
– **Cooler**: Thermalright Peerless Assassin CPU Cooler for $34.90
– **Motherboard**: Gigabyte B650M GAMING PLUS for $139.99
– **Memory**: Patriot Viper Venom 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) for $84.99
– **Storage**: Crucial P3 Plus 1 TB NVMe for $61.16
– **GPU**: XFX Speedster Radeon RX 7600 XT 16 GB for $349.99
– **Case**: Cooler Master MasterBox for $39.99
– **Power Supply**: MSI MAG A650BN for $64.99
Total is around $973 with some potential rebates, definitely worth considering!
I recommend using two 8GB sticks instead of just one 16GB. As games evolve, 16GB might not be enough in a year or two, especially for gaming. And remember, while RAM speed does help, it’s not the end of the world if you go for a slightly slower option if it fits your budget better!
What RAM speed do you think is ideal for gaming?
