Hey everyone! I’m trying to set up my level 50 Necromancer Vampire build but I’m feeling a bit lost. I’ve checked out various guides and YouTube videos, but none seem to give a clear path for the current patch. I’m focusing on a stamina build, but if Magicka is clearly the way to go, I’m open to switching things up. Right now, my stats are split with 32 Health and 32 Stamina.
For my gear, I’ve got a dagger and axe (any off-hand will do; the axe was just the best I had). My abilities currently include Skeletal Archer, Venom Skull, Boneyard, Blighted Blast Bones, Detonating Siphon, and Pestilent Colossus on front bar. For the back bar, I’m using an Inferno Staff with Summoner’s Armor, Elemental Susceptibility, Elemental Blockade, Arterial Burst, Spirit Guardians, and Perfect Scion.
My armor mix is medium and light, and I only have 10 champion points to work with for now. I’d appreciate any tips, especially about what to aim for in the future! Also, I haven’t chosen my subclass yet; I’ve heard Arcanist might be a solid choice? Thanks a ton for any help!

Your current build seems a little unbalanced with that stat distribution. A lot of players recommend a more centered approach on stamina for a pure DPS output, especially since you’re running some Vampire skills. You might want to consider fully committing to stamina by switching your stats around to maximize that for better performance. As for the subclass, yes, you could definitely explore going for the Assassination tree. It offers some excellent critical support and a great melee spammable option too!
Thanks for the input! So should I ditch the vampirism and shift all points to stamina? I’m a bit confused about your suggestion regarding the subclass; are you suggesting I go for Assassination instead of Arcanist?
