Hey folks,
I’m having a really annoying issue with my RX 7800 XT. Every time I try to game, my PC just crashes and shows a black screen. It’s weird because the AMD Adrenaline stress test works perfectly fine. I’m starting to wonder if the problem might be with my power supply unit (PSU).
Here are the specifics:
– The crashes only happen during gaming, not when running stress tests.
– No error messages pop up, just a complete crash that forces me to reboot my system.
I’ve read that black screens can often indicate power issues when the system is under load, so I’m curious if my PSU is the culprit. Are there any other troubleshooting steps I should consider?

Your PSU could definitely be to blame! How old is it, and do you know the brand, wattage, and rating? Those details can really help diagnose the problem. If it’s underpowered or not rated for the load, that might explain those crashes during gaming.
I actually bought it just a couple of months ago. It’s a Corsair RM750e, so it should have enough juice.
