Hey everyone, I just got back home after leaving my PS5 unplugged for a week, and now it seems to be running really poorly. Games like Marvel Rivals and Fortnite, which used to run smoothly at 120 fps with great graphics, are now giving me a tough choice between performance and visuals. On top of that, the picture quality has become pixelated and the screen is flickering on and off. Any ideas on what might be wrong?

Have you tried plugging it into a different TV? Sometimes the issue might not be the console but the display you’re using.
It’s possible that some dust got into the fan when it was off. Try opening it up and giving it a good clean—might help with performance!
Check if your PS5 needs any updates. Sometimes it doesn’t auto-update when it’s unplugged, which could affect performance.
