I just put together a new PC build with the following specs: a Ryzen 5 7600X CPU, B650 Eagle AX motherboard, 32GB of Kingston Fury DDR5 RAM (2x16GB), a Sapphire Nitro+ 7800XT GPU, and a Crucial P310 NVMe SSD. The power supply is a Corsair RM850x. When I start the PC, everything lights up and spins, and I see the AMI splash screen. However, after pressing DEL to enter the BIOS, it gets stuck at ‘Entering Setup’ and the VGA light is red. I’ve tried booting with and without the GPU installed, and I reseated all components except for the SSD and CPU because I’m hesitant to do that. Now, I don’t even get a signal on my monitor. I’m really at a loss here! Any suggestions would be appreciated!

You might want to check your connections too. Sometimes, the power cables to the GPU or motherboard can get loose, causing POST issues. Have you reseated the power cables properly? And if your monitor is relatively new, it should work fine; just make sure the display settings match on both ends. Good luck, and keep us posted on what happens!
I ran into a similar issue after upgrading my motherboard, and it turned out that the problem was with the monitor compatibility. New motherboards can be picky about older monitors. Try swapping it out for a different one if you can, or head to a local store to test your PC with another monitor. Sometimes, the VGA light can indicate a monitor issue rather than a GPU problem. Also, make sure to use an HDMI cable connected directly to the GPU first, and if that fails, try using the motherboard’s port since your CPU has integrated graphics. If none of that works, let me know and we can troubleshoot further!
I had the same problem but managed to fix it when I switched to a newer monitor. My old monitor just wouldn’t communicate properly with the new setup.

Definitely give the CMOS reset a shot! You can do this by removing the battery from the motherboard for about 5 minutes, then putting it back in. It might clear up any odd settings that are causing the issue.
