I recently upgraded my RAM from 2 sticks of DDR5 8GB to 2 sticks of DDR5 16GB, and now my monitors are black. They’re the same brand, and my motherboard is capable of handling this setup. Does anyone have tips on what to check or troubleshoot?

First, check your motherboard for any debug LEDs or listen to the speaker codes if you have one attached. These can give you clues about what might be wrong. Also, make sure everything is seated properly in the slots. Sometimes it’s just a matter of reseating the RAM sticks!
