I’m really worried because I think the hacker has changed all my account information after adding their email. I do have all the card information used for my purchases, so I’m hoping that might help. I’ve tried reaching out to Roblox support, but their AI isn’t giving me any useful answers. I’m at a loss here—what should I do?

Your best bet is to keep messaging Roblox support until you get a human agent. Make sure to mention your receipts from Robux purchases because that could trigger a quicker response. Just hang in there and hope for the best!
I’m dealing with the same issue right now. I keep clicking the links in the emails they send and submitting multiple requests. It took a while, but I finally got a response from a real person. Just keep pushing, and you might get lucky too!
