Hey everyone! I recently traded for a Lenovo Legion 5 laptop, sporting a 15.6″ 120Hz FHD display, a Ryzen 5 4600H processor, 8GB RAM, and a 2TB SSD with a GTX 1650. I’m a bit lost on what all I can do with it, especially when it comes to gaming benchmarks. Also, even though it says 120Hz, my settings are stuck at 60Hz. Are there two variants of this model? Any help would be appreciated!

Sounds like you got an older model of the Legion 5. Hopefully, it wasn’t too pricey! If the last owner reset Windows, definitely check out the Lenovo Vintage app from the Microsoft Store. It should help you update all the necessary drivers.
You should be able to toggle between 60Hz and 120Hz using ‘Fn + R’. But keep in mind that with those specs, running demanding games at 120Hz might not be realistic. I’d recommend upgrading your RAM to 16GB for better performance, especially for less demanding games. For recent AAA titles, you might have to dial down the graphics settings a bit.
With the Ryzen 5 4600H and GTX 1650, you might hit some limits, but it should handle schoolwork just fine! While gaming options are limited, you can definitely enjoy some less graphically heavy titles. It’s great for school tasks and general use!
