Hey everyone! I’m currently in a bit of a gaming slump and I’m on the hunt for some amazing games with captivating stories. If a game doesn’t grab my attention right off the bat, I tend to lose interest pretty quickly. Here are some games I’ve really enjoyed: Horizon Zero Dawn, The Last of Us series, Life is Strange series, Detroit Become Human, and the Grand Theft Auto series, among others. I’ve bought some titles like Baldur’s Gate 3 and Uncharted but haven’t really gotten into them. I have a PS+ Premium subscription, so if there are any games on that service, I’d love suggestions from there! Thanks in advance!

Have you played the A Plague Tale series? They’re not as recognized but are definitely worth your time for their storytelling. Alan Wake 2 and Silent Hill 2 are also great picks for gripping narratives!
If you’re into action and exploration, you can’t go wrong with Spider-Man (2018) or God of War (2018). Both have incredible stories and gameplay. And if you’re okay with MMOs, The Elder Scrolls Online and Final Fantasy XIV are amazing experiences.
You should definitely check out the Metal Gear series, starting with MGS1 or MGS3. They’re classics with fantastic storytelling! Also, the Mass Effect trilogy is a must-play if you’re into deep narratives.
Check out ‘Night in the Woods’ or ‘Spiritfarer’. They have unique stories and gameplay mechanics that really stand out. Both are touching and engaging in their own ways!
I highly recommend ‘Control’ and ‘Ghost of Tsushima’. They offer rich narratives along with amazing visuals. You’ll get hooked on both!
