I’m planning an Ultra Hardcore Iron-Man run in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 and I want to push the challenge to the max. Here’s what I’ve got so far: I’ll be playing on Hardcore mode with all negative perks, sticking strictly to the main quest. If I die (other than during the start screen), I have to restart. Only my horse, Pebbles, is allowed in the game, and I can’t commit any crimes or buy anything at all—no items, skills, or combos. Monetary options in speech checks are off-limits, and picking up items from the ground or from dead bodies is a no-go. I’m also banning any killing, crafting (except for super limited tutorial stuff), drinking, eating meat, and skill upgrades (again, only Pebbles). Basically, I can only use items that I acquire through the main quest.
Do you have any suggestions to make this run even tougher without sacrificing too much fun? I’d love to hear your thoughts since I plan to start this challenge in a few days.

What about a rule that prohibits looking at the map? Navigating blind would definitely add some challenge!
You could also limit your interactions with NPCs. Maybe no help from them during main quest missions? Could spice things up!
I love your challenge! You might want to consider adding a rule where you can’t use any save points or only reach certain points without saving. It really ups the stakes and forces you to be extra cautious.
That’s a great idea! That would definitely make things nerve-wracking.
Good call! That would really make the exploration part intense.
