Hey everyone! I’m on the hunt for a gaming laptop, and I’ve got a budget of around $1,500, though I can stretch it a bit if necessary. I don’t have specific preferences for screen size, resolution, GPU, CPU, RAM, or storage. My main focus is on gaming, and I’ll mainly be playing titles like The Sims series and Crusader Kings. You might want to check out the Lenovo Legion 5i. It’s solid for gaming and generally well-priced. B&H Photo has it listed at a good price right now!
If you’re looking into options, I suggest the ASUS ROG Zephyrus G16. It’s around $1,800 but delivers great performance. Just keep in mind that the screen isn’t OLED, but still very good!
Make sure you’re picking a laptop with at least a 17-inch screen for better cooling, especially if you’re gaming regularly. A larger laptop will help avoid overheating and throttling issues.
