I recently rewatched Iron Man and I’m curious if there are any games out there that feature cool mech suits similar to his armor. I’m particularly interested in single-player open-world games. I really enjoyed the power armor in Fallout 4, so something along those lines would be awesome!

Did you ever try Metroid Prime? It’s not a mech suit like Iron Man, but you do get to suit up in some pretty epic armor and explore. Another option could be Armored Core 6; it’s got some serious mech action! But just a heads-up, it might not feel exactly like Iron Man.
The first Iron Man film tie-in game is actually pretty good, especially the versions for Xbox 360 and PS3. Those versions are said to be the best of the bunch! Also, you might want to check out Titanfall 2 for some awesome mech suit gameplay.
You should definitely check out Anthem! It has some really cool mech suits, and while it was designed as an online game, you can still have fun with it. Also, there’s an actual Iron Man game that’s pretty solid; you can fly around in open battlefields, which captures that superhero vibe really well.
If you’re into a bit of a different vibe, Dark Void features some cool mechanics with jetpacks and combat, but just a warning—it’s not the best game out there. Also, for a totally different style, the power armor from Space Marine feels somewhat similar to Iron Man’s suit!
