I’m on the hunt for a game that features a swordplay style reminiscent of Ghost of Tsushima, but with a twist—I’d love an endless or wave-based mode! I’m a big fan of roguelikes, so the art style or graphics don’t really matter to me as long as the combat is engaging and fun.

Actually, doesn’t Ghost of Tsushima come with a Legends mode that might meet your needs? If you haven’t checked it out yet, that mode includes wave-based survival against enemies. Give it a try if you already own the game and see if it scratches that rogue wave itch.
Devil May Cry 3 or 5 might fit the bill for you. Their combat is sword-focused but in a very fantastical way. They also have a Bloody Palace mode, which is all about surviving waves of enemies. If you’re open to a bit of stylish flair, definitely give it a shot!
Have you heard of Warframe? The swordplay isn’t exactly like Ghost of Tsushima, but it does offer enjoyable melee combat and features endless waves. It’s not quite the same vibe, but it might scratch that itch for you.
You might want to check out Akane. It’s primarily a top-down combat game with a mix of shooting and swordplay, and it has that wave-based survival mode you’re looking for. Although it’s not quite like Tsushima, it’s definitely worth a look if you want a challenge.
