My significant other absolutely loves playing Terraria, spending hours on it, which I find a bit dull. I’ve gotten bored with it and would really appreciate some game recommendations from fellow Terraria fans. Ideally, we’d like a game that mixes survival and mining (which my SO enjoys) with a strong focus on decorating, building, farming, or fishing (which I love). Plus, it would be great if the game is multiplayer or an MMO open world where we can interact with other players. We’ve already played and enjoyed Minecraft, Stardew Valley, The Forest, and Animal Crossing, so please suggest something different!

Not sure if it checks all your boxes, but Noita is somewhat similar to Terraria. It’s a brilliant game, and while it might not support co-op natively, there are mods that can enable it!
Though it’s not survival-based, Black Desert Online offers a lot of crafting, trading, and fishing opportunities. It could be a different change of pace while still being engaging.
Necesse is another game you could check out! It’s similar to a bunch of the ones you’ve mentioned and has a lot to offer in terms of crafting and survival.
You might want to try Valheim! It has some survival elements and you can build and explore a ton. It might not hit all your marks, but it’s definitely worth a look.
Have you considered Core Keeper? It has mining and crafting, and you can build your own space. It’s fun and you might both enjoy it together.
If you liked Stardew Valley, you could also try Sun Haven. It has a cool skill system and different races, so it brings a fresh spin to the farming genre!
