I’m on the hunt for open-world games that have a dystopian feel inspired by the 1900s but are set in the future. I’ve enjoyed games like We Happy Few and Fallout New Vegas, and I’ve heard great things about Bioshock, although I haven’t played it yet. Are there any other games out there that fit this description?

You might enjoy The Outer Worlds—it shares a lot of similarities with Fallout in its open-world design and humor. Sinking City is also worth mentioning; it’s set in the 1920s with a Lovecraftian twist, so it might be right up your street!
How about giving Bioshock Infinite a try? It might be right up your alley with its aesthetic and storytelling, even if you’re already aware of it. It blends that retro-futuristic vibe perfectly!
If you’re into similar vibes, don’t forget about other Fallout games (except Tactics and Brotherhood of Steel). Stygian: Reign of the Old Ones and its sequel, Stygian: Outer Gods, are also interesting with a unique aesthetic. Plus, Ashes series offers standalone experiences that capture some gritty apocalyptic themes.
Check out Atomic Heart and Mad Max! They both have that futuristic twist on past atmospheric styles. Deathloop also brings some interesting mechanics and vibes that you might like.
Definitely seems like a solid choice!
