Hey everyone! I’m on the hunt for video games that have engaging storylines but aren’t too difficult. I’m not really keen on spending hours stuck on tough levels or dealing with anything too violent – rated T or lower would be ideal. I used to enjoy games like Final Fantasy but these days, I’m too busy to dive deep into lengthy RPGs. I have both a PS3 and a PS4, so any recommendations for a casual, story-driven experience would be great. Thanks!

You might want to consider Disco Elysium; it has an amazing story, though it’s a bit longer. My personal favorite is Outer Wilds – it’s often rated among the best games ever!
No Man’s Sky might be your jam! It’s an open-world survival game that lets you adjust the difficulty to suit your preference. Great visuals, tons of exploration, and a pretty solid story. If you like isometric ARPGs, give Torchlight 2 a shot. It has a good story and is pretty easy to pick up; lots of loot too!
Yeah, Torchlight 2 is a classic! Perfect for someone new to the genre.
You should definitely check out Life is Strange! It’s got a fantastic story with some decisions that really shape the experience, but it’s not too challenging.
Have you tried Guardians of the Galaxy? It’s really fun and the story is fantastic – should be right up your alley!
Stardew Valley has surprisingly good storytelling for a sandbox game! Also, if you’re interested in retro gaming, most PS1 titles work on the PS3. Games like Jade Cocoon or the FFX/X-2 HD Remaster could fit your time preference well.
Totally agree! Torchlight 2 is super fun, and if I remember correctly, the creators were part of the team behind Diablo 2. Definitely worth a look!
