I’m on the hunt for open-world games that have a dystopian feel while drawing inspiration from the 1900s, but are set in the future. I’ve enjoyed titles like We Happy Few and Fallout New Vegas. I know about Bioshock and plan to play it soon, but I’m curious if there are other games out there that fit this unique blend of atmosphere and style. Any suggestions?

Definitely look into Stygian: Reign of the Old Ones and its sequel, Stygian: Outer Gods. It’s set in a Lovecraftian world with some really interesting narrative elements that might pique your interest!
The aesthetic you’re describing leans heavily into a Steampunk vibe, so you might want to look into games that emphasize that style, like Sinking City, which has that 1920s atmosphere with its Lovecraftian twists.
You could try The Outer Worlds as well; it shares some similarities with Fallout’s style but has its own unique twist. And of course, don’t forget to explore the other Fallout games if you haven’t already, except Tactics and BoS.
You might want to check out Bioshock Infinite! It definitely has that vibe you’re looking for, even if you’ve already noted it. Also, Atomic Hearts and Mad Max could be interesting to explore, though they’re slightly different in style.
I think Atomic Hearts really captures the dystopian future feel you’re after!
