I’m on the hunt for open-world games that feature a dystopian future but draw inspiration from the 1900s. I’ve enjoyed titles like We Happy Few and Fallout New Vegas, and I know about Bioshock, although I haven’t played it yet. Are there any other games that fit this description?

Outer Worlds is another great recommendation if you liked the Fallout series. Plus, Sinking City has a 1920s Lovecraftian twist, though it’s not traditional open world. Also, check out Stygian: Reign of the Old Ones for a unique experience!
For more fallout-style games, you could explore the rest of the Fallout series, but avoid Tactics and BoS. And don’t forget about the Ashes series; it’s more of a mod, but it has apocalyptic themes!
Have you tried Atomic Heart? It’s got a unique vibe, and Mad Max offers a different kind of post-apocalyptic scenery. Also, Deathloop is pretty cool, with some futuristic twists that might catch your interest.
You might want to check out Bioshock Infinite! It has that dystopian feel, although it’s more steampunk. Still, it aligns pretty well. I noticed you mentioned it already, but it’s definitely worth mentioning as a solid fit.
