Hey everyone! A few friends and I are on the hunt for a fun game to play together that doesn’t require too much engagement. We’ve been considering Top Eleven, but we’re fed up with its pay-to-win model and the constant push for tokens. Ideally, we’re looking for games suited for a group of five friends in our late 20s to early 30s. It doesn’t have to be in the sports management genre—just something that allows us to play without needing to be active 24/7. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

You guys might enjoy playing asynchronous multiplayer games like Polytopia or Shards of Infinity. These games allow you to play at your own pace, so you’re not all tied down to the same schedule. Just a heads-up, Shards of Infinity only supports up to 4 players max, but you can run multiple games at the same time. It allows for a lot of flexibility depending on your schedules!
Idleon might be a great fit for you! It’s designed for both active and idle play, meaning the game keeps running even when you’re not online. You can team up for guild bonuses and tackle dungeons together. Plus, it’s completely free-to-play with non-predatory microtransactions if you’re interested in that.
Sounds interesting! We’ll definitely take a look!
You could also try Online Soccer Manager (OSM). It’s a gacha game that’s relatively friendly for free-to-play users. Might be right up your alley if you’re looking for something sports-related without breaking the bank.
Appreciate the tip! We’ll check it out.
We gave Polytopia a shot, but it was tough with turn times since some of us are in Latin America and others are in Europe/Middle East. We’ll definitely check out Shards of Infinity, though!
