Looking for a Satisfying Grind Game with Good Progression

-

I’m on the hunt for a game that involves some grindy improvement, gathering, or evolving, but I want to avoid anything that’s too overwhelming. I’ve tried games like Palworld, but after the early stages, it felt like the grind just ramped up too much for my taste. I also dipped into Minecraft and Terraria but not really in the mood for those. I need something that gives me those little victories—almost like checking off boxes where I feel that rush of achievement as I progress. I gave Valheim a shot, but again, it hit me with a daunting amount of work after the initial stages. Any recommendations?

Diablo 3 could be a solid fit! It’s all about leveling up and getting that loot rush while still feeling like you’re making progress without too much grind. Perfect for those dopamine hits you mentioned!

I actually loved Diablo 3 back in the day! The loot grind was perfect for me. I might need to jump back into it.

Have you tried 7 Days to Die? It has a great mix of building, scavenging, and combat, and the progression feels really satisfying without being too overwhelming. You get to check off a lot of objectives, which might scratch that itch!

You should look into the later Assassin’s Creed games. They’ve got a lot of content and you can really enjoy the exploration and side missions without feeling bogged down. Odyssey is my favorite for this kind of gameplay!
