There is a locked door and I haven’t the key to unlock it in the skyview temple. There are a bunch of deku baba on the ceiling. I have been able to kill a few using the sky beam but I can’t lock onto the others that are further away. How are you meant to get across the rope here. The slingshot doesn’t stun them long enough and the new beetle weapon bounces off them.

You need to kill these using the beetle. If you fly at them and make sure you hit the stem, they will fall off and die. This will allow you to cross over the rope to the locked door without being attacked.
