I just reached level 50 after about one to two weeks of playing! My first legendary card is one that can absorb energy to recharge Fusion Cores. I’ve got 18 Fusion Cores, but they’re all only 1-14% charged. Inventory management is a nightmare since I end up overencumbered all the time—I can’t resist hoarding every weapon I find to sell later! On a positive note, I’ve collected T45, T51, and T60 Power Armors. Thinking about switching to the T60 and looking for a good spot to set up my C.A.M.P. Any suggestions for an ideal location?

I agree with the others—there are better cards to prioritize early on! The recharge from your card has a low chance of triggering and only with energy weapon hits. If you’re on PS, I could help you out by swapping those 18 cores for charged ones. I’ve got the recharger at my C.A.M.P., so it’s no hassle for me!
I usually stick around the center or the Cranberry Bog. I don’t understand the folks who set up camp next to White Springs; it’s such a popular fast travel point! When I was tight on caps, I used these free travel spots to zip around without spending too much.
To help with your inventory, grab the ‘Portable Power’ strength perk card. It reduces the weight of power armor, and upgrading it makes a big difference! For your Fusion Cores, try the ‘Batteries Included’ intelligence perk card, which slashes their weight by a third for each core. As for your C.A.M.P., I like sites with nice views, but that’s just personal taste!
Location is totally up to you! Some people want to be near train stations for the script machine and vendors, while others prefer the White Springs area because it has fewer enemies and flatter terrain for building. I scatter my camps around and use ruined structures as part of my design—makes for a cool aesthetic!
That legendary card of yours is decent, but I’d recommend going for the ‘Master Infiltrator’ or some other non-Charisma SPECIAL. The level 3 Infiltrator opens up level 2 locks for you and minimizes accidental bounties. Plus, getting some extra perk points is a bonus!
I already have ‘Portable Power,’ but I guess I’ll look into ‘Batteries Included’ next!
