Has anyone else noticed that their party members are consistently lagging behind Tav? It feels like they’re struggling to keep pace, even when we aren’t climbing ladders since the recent hotfix. Also, has anyone experienced slower menu performance?

Same here, the hotfix impacted a lot of aspects. After the patch, I’ve noticed a drop in performance, especially in menus. Definitely hoping for a fix soon!
Yeah, the hotfix really did mess with a lot of things. I’ve been hoping for a fix or a rollback, since it’s frustrating to see the party lagging behind like this. Let’s hope they address it soon!
I’ve noticed that party members seem to lag behind if they’re sneaking. Sometimes characters like Shovel don’t sync up well when you tell everyone to stop sneaking, and they lag a bit. I think it’s somewhat better since the patch 8 update, but it still happens. When the party isn’t encumbered, they usually sprint to catch up, especially Astarion with his crazy Naruto run!
I actually use a mod that teleports the party to me when needed. It’s been a lifesaver! Just got to ensure you have the right setup, though.
