I’ve had my trusty PS4 for ages, and I really love it. It’s still running smoothly, so I’ve been hesitant to upgrade. However, I’m starting to notice more games becoming unavailable on the PS4, and I’m feeling left out with some of the new features. Money isn’t an issue for me, but I want to make sure that I’m not spending on something I don’t really need. So, I’m totally on the fence about whether I should upgrade just for the sake of games. What I want to know is: (1) Is it genuinely worth upgrading if I’m only considering the games? (2) What titles should I definitely check out? So far, I’m thinking about Spiderman 2, Helldivers 2, Marvel Rivals, and R6 Siege due to its latest update. Thanks for any help!

If you’ve got a good amount of PS5-exclusive games you want to play, then it’s definitely worth the upgrade. Games like Cyberpunk and Astro Bot are incredible. If you’re not playing on a PC and you really enjoy gaming, the PS5 will be a major upgrade.
Absolutely, I’d say go for it! If you’re serious about gaming, the PS5 is such a step up. You’ll notice the loading times are almost nonexistent, and the graphics are just amazing. Plus, a lot of new exclusives are only dropping on the PS5 now, so you won’t want to miss out on games like Spiderman 2 and others coming down the line. If you’re gaming frequently, it’s a solid investment!
I’ve played both on PS4 and PS5, and the difference is night and day. You really feel the impact on gameplay—and that’s aside from graphics!
