Hey everyone! I’ve hit Champion 1 in 2v2 and 3v3 but currently sitting at Platinum 3 in 1v1 matches. I’m curious if you think playing against the Neto bot, which is an SSL AI, would be beneficial for improving my skills, or would it be better to just jump into regular 1v1 games?

I’d say regular 1v1 matches are way more useful for improving your skills. Playing against human opponents gives you a realistic experience compared to bots, which can be pretty predictable. It’s good to get that actual match feel rather than just practicing against AI.
Playing against bots, even the Neto bot, might help you get used to some mechanics, but they’re not a replacement for real players. Bots don’t really mimic human behavior effectively, so while it might boost your skills temporarily, it won’t really prepare you for skilled human opponents in the long run. I’d recommend mixing in some normal 1v1s as well!
Yeah, I get that! I just thought the Neto bot being SSL might help me practice those high-level plays.
