I’m considering a prebuilt gaming PC for around 1460 euros. It features a Ryzen 5 8400F processor, a Radeon RX 7600 XT graphics card, 32GB of RAM, and a 1TB SSD. However, I’m unsure if this is a good value for the price, as I’m not looking for a top-tier rig, just something solid for gaming. Is this setup worth it, or should I look for something better?

Honestly, that setup isn’t great for the price. You might want to think about upgrading the GPU for better performance. For about the same budget, I found a nice custom build with an AMD Ryzen 5 7600 and a ZOTAC GeForce RTX 5070. It offers better value at around 1500 euros, especially if you’re planning to do some serious gaming.
I agree with Critic_GamerX! The RX 7600 XT isn’t the strongest card out there right now. For a similar price, you could build a rig with better specs. Building it yourself or using a PC configurator like Alternate.de can save you money and get better parts.
