I’m looking at buying an Asus DUAL EVO OC GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER 12 GB video card for about 560 euros (around 644 US dollars) second-hand. I found a PCPartPicker list that includes other parts like an AMD Ryzen 5 9600X and additional components totaling about 1830.82 euros. My overall budget is 1324.95 euros (1525.53 US dollars). What do you think? Is this a good setup for a first-time builder?

For 560 euros, that graphics card is a steal! Definitely pick it up and test it out. It’s a solid GPU and will serve you well in gaming!
That looks like a great build for a first PC! I’d suggest considering a thermalright cooler and maybe upgrading your power supply to an 850W unit for extra headroom. Solid choice with that Seasonic PSU! Overall, it seems like you’re on the right track!
I own the Asus DUAL 4070 Super and have been happy with it. It can get a bit noisy at times, but it keeps things cool and performs even better than advertised. You’re making a wise choice with that card!
Thanks for the heads-up! Glad to hear it’s performing well!
I totally agree! Can’t wait to see how it performs!
