I’m stuck at 999 coins in Overwatch and can’t get the Battle Pass because I need just one more coin. I regret buying the gingerbread Bastion skin since it left me one coin short and now I’m edged out. Has anyone managed to convince Blizzard to give out a single coin? I’ve seen other companies like Riot do art trades for RP, and I wish Blizzard had something similar.

You’re not alone with this issue! The smallest credit package in the game is 100 coins, so even when you buy a skin for 999 coins, you’re effectively paying 1000 credits worth. Unfortunately, there’s no way to get just 1 coin through normal gameplay or purchases right now.
Honestly, you might just have to wait until Maximilian’s Vault cycles back. Sometimes you can snag a skin that costs 999 coins instead of 1000, which would get you exactly the coins you need.
Good shout! Just hoping my vault doesn’t end up with crappy skins next time, that would be rough.
I know it sucks, but Blizzard doesn’t usually hand out individual coins or micro refunds like that. Unlike Riot’s system where you can do art trades or get small RP gifts, Overwatch hasn’t introduced anything like that yet. Might be worth suggesting to them, though!
Yeah, it’s super frustrating especially since they’ve handed out some free skins later on. Feels unfair being stuck just because of 1 coin.
