Is there a reliable way to get a sturdy helixhorn for the engine blade upgrade?

I have been upgrading most of my weapons when I can and it has been a huge benefit. I spend most of my time using the engine blade though. U have the quest to obtain the Sturdy Helixhorn in order to upgrade Notcus’ engine blade, but it just won’t drop for me. I have followed all the guides and I’m getting really annoyed with it. Surely there are other ways to obtain a sturdy helixhorn in Final Fantasy XV?
