I’ve been noticing some wobbling with the Switch 2 when it’s docked, and I’m curious if that’s just how it’s designed or if there’s a quality control issue behind it. It doesn’t wobble enough to tip over or anything, but I’d love to hear different opinions on this. Can the dock be fastened in any way, and would that be a good idea? Also, would fastening it affect the cooling?

Not sure what wobble you’re talking about? My Switch 2 fits snugly in the dock, and that little space is actually there to prevent scratching. It’s designed like that, so it’s all good!
Honestly, I’ve had the Switch 1 for 8.5 years and it wobbled too, but no one seemed to care back then. Seems like now folks are just looking for problems. It feels like a bit of a stretch to focus on this.
Exactly! I’m not even sure what they mean by wobble. Are people’s setups that unstable?
I hear you! I haven’t noticed any real difference in the wobble between the two models, so it’s wild this is such a hot topic now.
