Is the Millenium MM1 Tryndamere PC a good choice for high settings gaming?

-

Hey folks,

I’m thinking about grabbing the pre-assembled Millenium MM1 Tryndamere PC, which features an Intel Core i5-12400F and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti, plus 16 GB of DDR4 RAM and a 1 TB NVMe SSD. I plan to use this rig mainly for gaming, aiming to play titles like Inzoi, Until Dawn, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, both GTA 5 and 6, Red Dead Redemption 2, Outlast, among other graphically demanding games.

I’m wondering if this setup is powerful enough to handle these games on high settings without issues. I’m also curious if this PC will remain relevant for several years without needing major upgrades.

Additionally, I chose the MSI G2712 monitor (27″, Full HD, 170 Hz, IPS) as part of the setup. Does this monitor seem like a good fit to maximize the PC’s performance?

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and recommendations! Thanks in advance!

If you have a budget constraint of 1700€, you might want to consider what compromises you’re willing to make. A 3060 Ti will do okay for now with the games you mentioned, especially at 1080p, but as games get more demanding in upcoming years, it may show its limits. As for the monitor, the MSI G2712 at Full HD and 170 Hz will definitely pair nicely with your system, although a higher resolution could enhance the gaming experience even more.

The RTX 3060 Ti might struggle a bit with future graphics-intensive games if you want to maintain high settings. A better choice could be upgrading to a 4070 or at least a 3080, as they offer significantly better performance—around 50% more power. As for the monitor, while a 1080p screen would work fine, consider going for a 1440p monitor to get more out of your setup, especially if you want sharper visuals at 27 inches.
