I’ve been raiding for a couple of weeks now, and I’ve cleared both Normal and Heroic modes. I just did Normal runs on two characters this week, but I’m stuck at level 3 with 2050/2500 rep. I haven’t gained any more rep from killing bosses, and I started the week at level 3. What’s going on here?

I’ve run into something weird too. I thought I didn’t get any rep at all until I received a mail about a 250 Gallagio currency. I’m pretty sure I missed some loot because of the bug. So keep an eye on your mail just in case they send you rep or currency!
Yeah, it definitely seems off. Some people in my guild reached level 4 while others are stuck, and we all did the same kills. It’s really frustrating! Also, make sure to loot any mini bosses because they can drop rep too.
It sounds like you might be dealing with a bug. I had a similar issue during a raid; logging out and back in fixed it for me. Give that a try! It seems like some players have had their missing rep added back after they logged out and returned, so it might work for you too.
